Shelby was just perfect for our wedding in May at the Barn in Buena Vista. Communication was perfect and she very clearly understood what we wanted for our day. On the day of, she helped to ensure that everything went smoothly- even though our schedule definitely did not go according to plan- this was due to weather, not our planner! She helped rearrange the schedule when our guests were too cold to stay outside during cocktail hour and it honestly could not have been smoother. I felt like she was there reminding me of the must-dos (entrance, cake cutting, signing marriage license) but never in the way and always asking what I wanted to do. I would give her 10 stars out of 5 if I could.

Shelby was a godsend for my husband and I's wedding. Planning a big event in Buena Vista, CO, during COVID, from NYC is no small feat. She was always available via phone and email when we had questions and when we were able to be in town ahead of time she always made time to meet in person. She walked us through everything and her calm demeanor the day of the wedding was super helpful. Our venue made things difficult when it started raining, but Shelby was able to smoothly facilitate moving everything indoors and still make the wedding perfect. She was not afraid to have tough conversations with the venue staff to make sure we were happy. I would recommend Shelby to anyone looking for a calm, knowledgable and reliable wedding planner. You won't regret it!
